No that’s not my actual scale but I’m blogging remotely. I would never have dirty/gross pink tile.
Heading into week 4 and that’s right people I’m down to 185. I still have that little baby fat sitting around my stomach which I have deemed impossible to get rid of. But I do see a tad bit difference in my body. I also have increased the weights I’m repin’ by about 10-15 pounds. I haven’t been running, well you all know why by now but I’ve been staying strong on the abs doing 100+ sit ups a day. My diets has stayed relatively consistent minus 2 hiccups, one being when I went to the Bruins and had chicken fingers and other day I splurged with some fries. Other than that, I haven’t had any candy, chocolate, or sweets for that matter. Also I’ve stayed away from bread unless whole wheat and the same goes for red meat. I’m excited to say it’s getting easier to eat the healthy food but some days I absolutely crave grease, for instance last night all I wanted was a double cheese burger from McDonald’s. The worst part is I drive by one on the way home every night, it may be the death of me. I stayed true though I held back. Let’s hope this all pays off by the time April rolls around. If not I’ll most likely kill myself.
