Just a look inside where I’m becoming Mark Wahlberg circa 1994, I’m talking the Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch Mark Wahlberg not Pain and Gain. Just doing bench reps while the rain pours down. I use a small personal gym and it’s the best thing going. Barely anyone around, and if there is it’s usually one or two chicks who are disgusted at my body. I’ve stayed very consistent on going 5 days or so a week, the only issue I’m having is I hate to run. I tried to do a quick 2 mile jog to get my body ready to lift but it’s the most miserable 13-14 minutes of my life. It’s well documented that I can’t run on a treadmill, adding to that, I hate running period. So, for those 13 minutes I want to kill someone or myself, whichever is easier. Other than that, I blast through my workout doing power sets, with 5-10 seconds breaks while mixing in Abs. I’ll be taking an updated picture of my body soon, although I don’t feel like much as changed. Maybe tomorrow if not definitely next week. I’m starting to like going to the gym though which is a step in the right direction. If I miss a day I always feel like shit, not to mention I am seeing some results in the weight loss area which is the obvious goal.
Ps. Getting rid of that little fat in the stomach area is close to impossible.
