So my scale sucks. I went to the gym and realized my it was about 8lbs off. Ya, I know I’m not happy about this. Anyways, I adjusted the scale so now it’s correct and that weight you see above is correct. I’m sitting at 192 right now down from 194. I’ve done 6 gym sessions and eaten like a rabbit. I have no idea how I didn’t lose 40 pounds, considering I was starving all week.
On to more important things, I didn’t have one beer this weekend, I stayed away and drank only Ketel One on the rocks. To be honest I don’t know if it makes that much of a difference. From a simple Google search, it says a shot of vodka is about the same as a bud light (105-110 calories). But my reasoning behind drinking vodka over the beer is because it takes me about 10 beers to get drunk instead of 4-6 vodka drinks. If anyone has a better answer please let me know but until them I’ll be drinking the clear liquid.
I’m not technically calorie counting, but I know I’m sitting around 1100 a day without eating any red meat, soda, candy or anything that supposed to be bad for you. I did relapse on Super Bowl Sunday, I couldn’t stop myself from eating a few slices of pizza. When I say few, I mean 5 but it was a big game and I hadn’t eaten shit all week. Lay off me.
Although I’m only down 2 pounds I feel I’m on the right track. Yes this is miserable, I’ve never tried to actively lose weight in my life. I’ll tell you one thing, Lent starts up soon so that’s going to help me a ton. I never cheat during Lent. So, here’s to another miserable, salad feasting, non chocolate week. Tune in next Tuesday and see if I’ve kept it together.
