Alright my friends I’m going to be vanishing from here on out till next Friday. That’s right, 11 days of paradise for this guy and zero worries in the world. I’ll be legs up, multiple drinks in hand and the sun glistening in on my newly framed body. Enjoy yourself people, don’t work too hard and I’ll see you when I see you.

It’s all over. 10 weeks or so of nothing but healthy food, barely no beer and working out continuously like a damn dog. I missed my adjusted goal by about 2 lbs but I couldn’t be happier. Cutting nearly 17lbs off my body while hopefully also adding some muscle, you must look at the positives. Sure my body is GQ-eque but at least people wont puke when I take my shirt off anymore. I guess it’s a win for everyone. So since I’m going on vacation I’ll probably just gain it back in a week. I can’t wait.

Initial Weight: 194 (Started Jan 29th)

Actual Weight: 177

Target Weight: 180 (Ends April 2nd)

New Target Weight: 175 (Ends tomorrow so maybe I can cut 2 lbs but I don’t really care)

Operation ‘Don’t Be Fat And Gross’ Week 9

After 9 total weeks I’ve finally begun to slow down. I went on a mini vacation with the boys 2 weekends ago and that definitely wasn’t for the good of my body. I drank roughly 80 beers in 3 days, I ate like a damn cow and I didn’t even look at a weight. Although I did hit the sauna about 10 times considering it was in my hotel room. To lose another 3 lbs this week is going to be extremely hard to hit that 175. I’ve been increasing weight on all my exercises and have also increased my push ups basically ten fold. My cadio is down basically because I refuse to do that. I did run 2 miles the other day and I was completely miserable. After I run, I basically just want to go home so that causes a problem.

I’m going strong on the food front. I haven’t really cheated at all minus that one weekend however even then I didn’t eat any sweets, fried food or soda. All in all my body has changed, not perfect but it has made a transformation. In hein sight I probably could of used a workout plan and a set diet but I’m too stubborn for that shit. I’d rather just go to the gym, do the work outs I feel like doing and go home. Onto another week of hell and only 5 days till Lent is over.

A Karate Kick That’s Only Second To Daniel Son

Karate kid was one of my favorite movies growing up, probably not in my top five but it cracked the top 10 for sure. Now let me tell you, when Daniel successfully pull off the crane move to win the tournament, that will forever go down as the best move in karate. The kids legs broken, he’s spirits are shot but he overcomes life itself and puts the hammer down on Johnny. However this kid in the video is making a run for Daniel’s money here. I mean no way is that move ever going to challenge Daniel’s crane kick, I compare it to Joe DiMaggio’s 56 game hit streak, it’ll never be broken but their will be people who make a run at it. And that’s exactly what this kid did. Good for you son. Good for you.

 

Here’s My Bracket And It Feels Busted

BracketI’m already stressing, I can’t handle this shit. About 3 minutes before closing I changed three teams from losing to winning, Bucknell, Belmont and Memphis. I’m already 0-1 on that front but I’m hoping I can turn it around soon. Although this is my favorite day, it’s by far the most stressful. All I want to do is kill someone right now and or jump off a building. Please god let me win this shit. I need it and I need it bad. Pride bitches.

Can I get a golf clap please actually for all my hard work, borderline anorexia and near depression for missing buffalo fingers I deserve a standing-O. That’s right everyone stand up please and show some respect. 15 pounds in 6 total weeks doesn’t sound too great but don’t forget I (hopefully) gained some muscle along the way and barely did any cadio. That’s right no cadio. I just ripped it day in and day out to get my self to fighting weight.

Now I intially had a target weight of 175 when I thought I weighed 188 but I changed that because I actually weighed in at 194. This caused me to change my target to 180 because I didn’t think 19 pounds was that realistic. But since I have over achieved I’m going to go for that extra 4 pounds. My new tar

I’m not even going to dedicate a lot of time on this topic because I know Yahoo is just trolling me when they through this topic out there. You can’t ask that question with a straight face and you know it. I have no problem with women, I think they are hot sexy and incredible cooks but as my grandfather used to all say, ‘Do what your good at.’ Guys are athletic  strong, intense specimens and woman are soft, fragile caring people. They don’t mix. Hey Griner go cover Howard in the post, ‘OK Coach’ fast forward one second and Howard just pasteurized Griner and she’s now in  a coma. I don’t care who you put her against they would out muscle her every single time. And forget about the offensive side of the ball, she would get boxed out continuously. There just isn’t a chance on god’s green earth that she would ever last a minute in the NBA. I’d rather have Robert Swift and his ginger-less soul on my team than a tall lanky female.

Do you want to know what the telling tail of Women’s Basketball vs Men’s Basketball? This one stat, and one stat only. Dunks. They record Griners dunks like they are triple doubles. Griner had a huge game last night, 10 pts, 10 rebounds and 1 dunk. What a freak she is.

Finally some updated pictures to show the progress I’ve made. Not to bad for a white boy, but also not that good either. Arms need some work, chest needs some work and abs need more work. 27 days and counting.

After week 5 of Operation ‘Don’t Be Fat And Gross’ has concluded I’ve finally felt some accomplishment. I got my first, ‘Hey JM did you lose some weight ‘ which felt great. Until that point I wasn’t sure if my body was changing at all. Through these past 5 weeks, I’ve eaten nothing but good healthy food and if I’m the only one to see it then why am I doing it. I don’t care if I’m fat and gross, I care if other people think I’m fat and gross. Although I’ve definitely made some progress, I know everything will change when I get a tan. My body is way to translucent to see any definition but when I get my bronze on, oh shit, I could be on the cover of a Men’s Health Magazine. I still have 27 days until my goal and I know I can hit it but I’ll tell you a little secret, I’m also leaving myself an outside chance to hit my original goal or 175. I’ve been trying to lift a lot to gain muscle so if I miss that the 175 I wont be that upset because I’ll hope that the weight I did put on was pure muscle and not left over fat. Anyways, back to another week of broccoli, chicken, baked potatoes and salads. I’ll see you on the other side.

Quick post here. I’m about to go to lunch and my body is absolutely starving. Although I’m begging for some buffalo fingers and fries I’ll probably settle for a delicious house salad little to no dressing topped with a grilled piece of chicken. Yum. Some chick at work today asked if I had caught the gay today because I’ve been eating healthy and been taken my vitamins. Shit, I guess if I’m starting to look and act like a gay man then I’m doing something right. Everyone knows the gays have great hygiene, tight bodies, great hair and chicks drip over their style. So if you pair that combination with my willingness to destroy the female anatomy, you’ve got the perfect storm. Maybe being fit isn’t so bad after all.

Oh Mondays, how do I survive you each and every week. What a weekend huh. College basketball continues to be OOC, we had that New Ro game winner that might be the craziest shot I’ve ever seen and the Bs lost to Montreal in a tight one. The week ahead loos favorable for me too so I can’t be too depressed. Although a full week of work is ahead it should be rather easy considering my boss is out of town and I don’t have too much on the plate.

I’ll be weighing in on Wednesday which will mark 5 total weeks of working out. It’s safe to say in starting to really hit a wall with this diet. I need grease so bad I can taste it. Next weekend I am going away for St. Pattys day and I intend on letting loose. I won’t be eating fried food but burgers, beers and sausages will be happening. Yes it may set me back but that is my national holiday and no diet, gym, 6 pack abs is going to stop me.
